Pixel Detection window won't close or is slow to close

If the Live option is enabled (ticked) in the Pixel Detection window, there may be a delay when closing the window (using the OK or Cancel buttons). This delay may be considerable if the window is open for an extended period of time and if the mouse pointer has hovered over any setting that would normally show a hint/tooltip. This is a bug related to the Live setting and hints/tooltips.

Until a fix is implemented in a future release of Chimpeon, the problem can be resolved in one of the following ways:

• Disable hints/tooltips. Click the Options menu followed by the Show Hints option until the tick is removed, or
• After clicking the OK or Cancel buttons, move the Pixel Detection window to the bottom of the screen so only the toolbar of the window remains visible.
